Projects - From time to time Nelson Historical Society supports projects of historical significance.

Past projects have included financial support for the digitisation of the Nelson Evening Mail on Papers Past up to and including 1946.

Currently the society is raising money for a special fund to allow for the continued digitisation of the Nelson Evening Mail from 1947 to 1970. To donate to this project, contact us at: info@nelsonhistoricalsociety.org.nz for more information.

Publication Fund - The society is building up a fund which, in time, will aid the research and publication of local history.
